The ACQUITY UPLC standards kit is designed for system assessment. It contains standards suitable for verifying system reproducibility, flow rate, gradient performance, detector linearity, detector accuracy, injector accuracy, and injector carryover. It is a mixture of organic chemicals present at levels <0.4% in a matrix of 10/90 acetonitrile/water, packaged in 10 mL flame-sealed amber ampoules.
